1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CrestVale Bank platform ("Platform"), creating an account, or making any investment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.

CrestVale Bank reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the CrestVale Bank Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited by law.
• Not be subject to any sanctions lists administered by applicable authorities.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access investment features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@crestvalebank.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

CrestVale Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Investment Contracts

CrestVale Bank offers automated 5-day cryptocurrency investment contracts. By selecting and funding an investment plan, you enter into an investment contract with us on the following terms:

• All investment contracts run for a fixed 5-day duration.
• Daily returns are credited to your account each day during the contract period.
• Principal capital is returned upon contract completion.
• Investment minimums and maximums apply per plan as displayed on the Platform.
• Contracts become active upon confirmed receipt of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the Platform are conducted exclusively in cryptocurrency. You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made to the correct wallet addresses provided in your dashboard. CrestVale Bank cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.

Withdrawals are processed to the cryptocurrency wallet address registered to your account. We reserve the right to require identity verification before processing withdrawals in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

6. Referral Programme

CrestVale Bank operates a referral programme that awards a 5 commission on investments made by users who register using your referral code. Referral commissions are subject to the following:

• Commissions are credited once the referred user's investment contract is confirmed.
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referral activity are prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• CrestVale Bank reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral programme at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, user accounts, or our systems.
• Falsify deposit confirmations or manipulate account balances.
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the Platform without written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or CrestVale Bank staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of CrestVale Bank or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CrestVale Bank does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CrestVale Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investment capital.

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to CrestVale Bank in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
